User Guide
Create a Form 48 for either half of the month or for the full month.
The table shows only the selected dates. Enter a time such as 702 for 7:02, use the clock picker, or press Tab to move between time fields.
For half-day work, enter the worked hours and type the other half’s reason in the merged field. For full-day leave, choose the leave type and enter its reason in the merged time area.
Select Preview / Print / Save PDF, then choose “Save as PDF” in the print window. Each PDF contains two Form 48 copies side by side with a center cut guide.
CS Form No. 6 · Application for Leave: switch to the Form 6 tab, set your office heading and upload your logo once, then fill in the leave type, details and dates. The live preview shows the printed form. Print on long bond (8.5 × 13 in), or pick A4 or Letter to scale it down. Use “Start a new application” for your next leave; your heading, logo, details and signatories stay.
Switching pay periods keeps the other dates’ entries saved. Weekends and listed holidays are identified automatically; use Add date for local or newly declared holidays.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about entering, saving, and printing your Daily Time Record.
How do I create a Form 48 for each pay period?
Choose First pay period (1–15) or Second pay period (16 through the month’s last day). Generate and save a PDF for that selection, then switch periods and repeat. Choose Full month to include every date.
Will changing the pay period erase the other dates?
No. Entries are saved by date for the selected month. Switch between the first and second periods to view and edit each set of dates.
How do I enter a time quickly?
Type three or four digits: 702 becomes 7:02 and 0730 becomes 07:30. You can also use the clock icon. Press Tab to move to the next time field.
How do half-day work and leave entries work?
Select Half-day work · AM or PM. The worked half has arrival and departure fields; the other half’s cells merge for a reason or purpose. For Full-day leave, choose a leave type and type the reason in the merged time area.
Can I record duty on a weekend or holiday?
Yes. Weekends and listed holidays are marked automatically. Enter actual duty times for that date, and the generated form will show the times instead of the weekend label.
Where are my entries saved?
The app saves entries in this browser on this device. They do not automatically sync to another browser or device. Downloaded PDFs are saved through your browser’s print dialog.
How do I make a CS Form 6 leave application?
Choose the CS Form No. 6 tab at the top. Pick the leave type and its details, choose the first and last day of leave, then select Preview / Print / Save PDF. Working days skip weekends and listed holidays automatically.
Can I change the logo and office heading?
Yes. In the Form 6 tab, use Upload logo and type your agency name and address. You can also choose the lettering style and logo size. These settings are saved in this browser only.
What if a holiday is missing?
Holiday dates can depend on official proclamations. Check your office’s applicable holiday schedule, then add a missing local or declared holiday using the date and name fields.
